  • 1.黑木耳泡发撕小块 ,入开水中焯熟。
  • 2.西瓜皮削去表皮,刮净瓜瓤。
  • 3.瓜皮斜刀切薄片,蒜切粒、红干椒切丝。
  • 4.切好的瓜皮用盐腌制,挤干水分备用。
  • 5.油烧6-7成热,下蒜粒干红椒丝炒香,放入瓜皮同炒。
  • 6.锅中少加点盐,放入切好的红椒、洋葱丝炒匀即可。
