椰青甘蔗花胶鸡腿汤
天气太干燥,买了箱椰青,朋友又给些自家种的青皮甘蔗,煲了这个清润美容的汤水,清甜好喝。
椰青也叫嫩椰子,具有清热生津,润燥止咳美容等功效。甘蔗也具有清热润肺,润喉止咳的功效。加上鸡脚,花胶,海参一齐煲,清润又补胶原蛋白,滋润美颜。

  • 小刺参6条
  • 甘蔗2根
  • 椰青5个
  • 瘦肉250g

Steps to make 椰青甘蔗花胶鸡腿汤

  • 1.椰青先用开椰器扎两个小孔。
  • 2.倒出椰子水。
  • 3.用刀把椰青劈开两半,挖出椰子肉,因为是嫩椰子,用匀子就可以挖出来。
  • 4.鸡爪,瘦肉,发好的花胶,海参出水去腥。
  • 5.costco买的有机小鸡腿,解冻,去皮,飞水。
  • 6.甘蔗削皮,切小断,再一开四。
  • 7.把所有材料放入汤锅,椰子水也倒入,再加上适量清水,大火煮开10分钟,转小火煲2-2.5小时。
  • 8.煲好后,用隔油勺撇去肥油。
  • 9.就可以喝了。(此汤淸甜,不需要放盐,当然啦,喜欢也可以放的。)
  • 10.清润养颜,止咳润燥。
