照烧沙拉肉松面包

  • 60克
  • 玉米油45克
  • 鸡蛋100克
  • 淡奶油40克
  • 绵白糖30克

Steps to make 照烧沙拉肉松面包

  • 1.将除鸡肉松、沙拉酱和全蛋液外的所有原料依次加入面包桶中,
  • 2.启动面包机和面25分钟,
  • 3.然后发酵40分钟,
  • 4.将发酵好的面团,揉搓排气后,分成6份,滚圆,松弛5分钟,
  • 5.取一个面团擀长,
  • 6.卷起,搓成纺锤形,
  • 7.全部做好后,码入烤盘,留出空隙,
  • 8.烤盘里放一碗热水,放入面包坯,启动发酵功能,发酵40分钟,
  • 9.在二发后的面包坯表面,刷上全蛋液,
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱,中层,175度,上下火,烤15分钟,
  • 11.将烤好的面包出炉,
  • 12.表面抹一层照烧口味丘比沙拉酱,
  • 13.撒上鸡肉松即可。
