桂圆花旗参乳鸽汤
俗语有云,每日饭前一汤,苗条健康。同时,在中医养生中还有着这样的说法,一盅好汤,胜过吃再多的美味佳肴,鸽子的营养价值极高,鸽肉为高蛋白、低脂肪食品,蛋白含量为24.47 % ,超过兔、牛、猪、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅和狗等肉类,所含蛋白质中有许多人体的必需氨基酸,且消化吸收率在95 % ,鸽子肉的脂肪含量仅为0.73 % ,低于其他肉类,是人类理想的食品。
而桂圆的作用大家都知道,益心脾,补气血,安神志。所以说在春天,白天人总是易犯困,晚上又是睡不安稳的话,来碗此汤大有好处。而此汤煲出来味道清香回甘,所以盐要少加,图中的那粒红枣是我后加的,只是为了图片漂亮点,煲久的红枣没这么红。

Steps to make 桂圆花旗参乳鸽汤

  • 1.准备材料,乳鸽洗净。
  • 2.红枣去核。(至于为什么要去核,听说这样不容易上火。)
  • 3.鸽肉和猪骨飞水。(冷水热水下锅都行。)
  • 4.用温水洗净血沫。(不要用冷水,蛋白质遇冷肉质变老。)
  • 5.所有材料放入砂煲,大火烧开,小火煲一个半小时左右。
  • 6.提前十分钟调入盐,就可以食用了。
