    • 1.大胖萝卜洗净。
    • 2.切成小段。
    • 3.加适量盐腌30分钟。
    • 4.看萝卜出了好多水了,把这水倒掉。
    • 5.倒掉水后,再往里加白糖。
    • 6.腌30分钟后,又出了好多水。
    • 7.再把腌出来的水倒掉。
    • 8.另准备新鲜柠檬、苹果、白糖、白醋、凉白开水。
    • 9.经过一次盐腌一次糖腌后,往里加干红辣椒。
    • 10.再加入苹果块。
    • 11.倒入白醋,约没过萝卜块的一半。
    • 12.再加入凉白开水,约没过萝卜块。
    • 13.再往里加白糖。
    • 14.挤些柠檬汁进去。
    • 15.搅拌均匀。
    • 16.放入保鲜盒。
    • 17.放入冰箱冷藏1-2天,即可开吃。
