马蹄糕---广式茶楼的经典小吃
在所有的广式茶楼里,都会有这款经典小吃---马蹄糕,经久不衰,一直伴随着广东人一起成长,在我们广东,几乎家家户户都会做。
做法和材料都很简单,用马蹄粉和糖水拌合后蒸熟即可,蒸熟后的马蹄糕是半透明,很韧,并且折而不裂,撅而不断,非常的清甜爽口,具有清热消食的作用。

Steps to make 马蹄糕---广式茶楼的经典小吃

  • 1.把所有材料准备好。
  • 2.马蹄洗干净,削去外皮。
  • 3.用刀轻轻拍一下,切成小块。
  • 4.马蹄粉倒入大盆里,加入300克清水。
  • 5.充分搅拌均匀后的生马蹄粉浆。
  • 6.倒入切好的马蹄。
  • 7.小锅洗干净后,放入黄片糖,加入剩余的300克水。
  • 8.大火煮至糖溶,变成糖水,在糖水充分沸腾时,加入2勺生的马蹄粉浆。
  • 9.边加入边搅拌,将其搅拌成像炒菜时的浓芡汁一样的熟浆粉。
  • 10.熄火,趁热把熟浆粉倒入生的马蹄浆粉中,边加边迅速搅拌,做成半生熟浆。
  • 11.把拌好的粉浆倒入碟子里,抹平,放进锅中大火蒸20—30分钟。
  • 12.蒸粉浆熟透呈透明状即可。
  • 13.摊凉后便可脱模。
