Steps to make 蔓越莓面包布丁

  • 1.准备原材料,吐司面包切小丁
  • 2.鸡蛋打入碗中打散
  • 3.牛奶、淡奶油、糖粉混合均匀
  • 4.加入打散的蛋液拌匀过筛出泡沫,布丁液就做好啦
  • 5.模具内部抹上黄油,铺一层面包丁,撒一层蔓越莓干,直到装满模具
  • 6.在表面放蔓越莓干
  • 7.倒入布丁液,浸泡3分钟
  • 8.烤箱预热,180度中下层
  • 9.烘烤25分钟左右
