Steps to make 艾蒿面包

  • 1.中种面团的原料:耐高糖酵母,面包粉,艾蒿泥。
  • 2.将三种原料混合和成软一些的面团,放冰箱冷藏发酵10个小时。
  • 3.主面团的原料:橄榄油,白糖,面包粉,奶粉,盐,鸡蛋,耐高糖酵母。
  • 4.中种面团切块放入厨师机,鸡蛋,白糖,耐高糖酵母,面包粉,奶粉,艾蒿泥放入厨师机,揉成面团。
  • 5.加入盐继续揉。
  • 6.面团变光滑,可以拉出厚实的薄膜时,加入橄榄油,继续揉面。
  • 7.当面团可以拉出结实的薄膜时取出面团,整理成圆形,放入盆中室温发酵。
  • 8.发酵至2倍大小时,面团排气,分割14个小面团,揉成圆形,静置10分钟。
  • 9.将小面团按扁排气,再次揉成圆面团。
  • 10.放入学厨六寸戚风蛋糕模具中,置烤箱发酵档进行发酵。
  • 11.面团发酵至2倍大小时,烤箱预热上下火170度,预热完成放入烤箱,烤制20分钟,表面上色后可加盖烘焙纸以防上色重。
  • 12.带着春天色彩的花形面包出炉,晾凉便可食用。
