Steps to make 梅菜扣肉

  • 1.五花肉放锅里煮到筷子能插穿捞起来趁热倒老抽涂抹均匀上色。
  • 2.上完色后锅里油烧开五花肉把皮炸焦。
  • 3.焦黄后放入凉水泡出虎皮。
  • 4.泡好的菜干放锅里放大蒜花椒炒香。
  • 5.五花肉垫底菜干放上面加入生姜料酒白糖盐适量上锅蒸2小时。
  • 6.两小时后开锅就可以撒上葱花了。
