陀螺杏仁酥
这是一款制作非常简单的小饼干,简单到黄油只需稍稍打发,然后把粉类材料混匀加入拌匀就行了,而造型更可以随意,就算用手随便团成小球都可以。
做好的饼干口感香酥,空口吃就很好,但如果配上酸甜的蔓越莓夹馅儿,口感会更好哦~而且,放了夹馅之后的造型,是不是很像陀螺呢?

材料:(约两盘)
酥饼:黄油100g,低筋面粉100g,糖粉50g,杏仁粉50g,盐1小撮
馅料:黄油20g,酒渍蔓越莓15g

Steps to make 陀螺杏仁酥

  • 1.将低粉过筛
  • 2.然后加入杏仁粉和糖粉
  • 3.用手抓匀
  • 4.黄油在室温下软化后搅打均匀
  • 5.加入混匀的粉类
  • 6.翻拌均匀
  • 7.然后将面糊装入裱花袋中
  • 8.通过挤-压的方式挤出矮圆锥形,送入冰箱冷藏约15分钟;同时开始预热烤箱,设定饼干模式、175度(实际约170度)、30分钟
  • 9.约15分钟后,从冰箱中取出饼干,送入预热好的烤箱,烘烤12~15分钟
  • 10.出炉晾凉备用
  • 11.制作馅料:将软化好的黄油打匀
  • 12.加入切碎的酒渍蔓越莓
  • 13.搅拌均匀
  • 14.取一块饼干,在背面抹一层馅料
  • 15.然后和另一块饼干背对背贴合到一起即可
