Steps to make 鲜蒸双素

  • 1.所有主辅材如图
  • 2.香菇焯水切片,笋片改刀,干贝开洋提前清洗后温水泡发,泡发的水留着备用。
  • 3.摆个你喜欢的造型,前提是别垒得太厚,否则不容易入味
  • 4.干贝撕碎和开洋一起均匀的铺在香菇片和笋片上(为了颜色好看我选择了交叉)
  • 5.冷水入蒸锅,水开后蒸10分钟
  • 6.出蒸锅后的模样
  • 7.另起一锅,将泡发海鲜的水倒进去,根据咸淡再加少量的食盐烧开,转小火倒入水淀粉勾芡
  • 8.淋在蒸好的菜上即可
