土豆炖牛肉是一个及其普通的家常菜,我平常喜欢用豆瓣酱来炒,今天为了照顾宝宝的口味,因为相比豆瓣酱,宝宝更喜欢番茄酱的味道,所以今天用了番茄酱来炒,然后用压力煲压好就可以了,颜色非常漂亮,味道也很不错,值得一试哟......

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.牛肉切成小块
  • 3.土豆切成小块
  • 4.生姜、大蒜切成片,大葱切成段
  • 5.锅里加入适量水,放入牛肉、香叶、八角、桂皮、部分姜片和部分大葱段,加入适量料酒,煮开后再煮十来分钟,捞出牛肉,去掉香料不要
  • 6.锅里加入适量油,放入番茄酱翻炒
  • 7.加入牛肉、土豆、生姜、大葱、大蒜,翻炒,加入适量盐、生抽,多炒一会,充分炒入味
  • 8.加入适量开水,再次煮开
  • 9.转入压力煲调到牛羊肉档位,压熟即可
  • 10.出锅了
