咸味肉松蛋糕卷
蛋糕卷烤过N多次,一直以甜味为主,这次改成用咸味的来烤制,夹上酥香的肉松和沙拉酱,没想到成品出奇的好吃,因为有下葱花,烤制时,整个房间都飘香四溢,引来不少隔壁吃货^_^

  • 蛋清4个
  • 蛋黄4个
  • 牛奶52克
  • 砂糖30克
  • 玉米油40克
  • 低筋面粉52克
  • 2.5克
  • 香葱2颗(切碎)

Steps to make 咸味肉松蛋糕卷

  • 1.将蛋黄、玉米油,牛奶和盐搅拌至彻底融合。(本人加倍的量,所以蛋黄量多)
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉翻拌均匀成蛋黄糊。
  • 3.蛋白装入无油水的盆里,加入30克白糖打至硬性发泡。如图
  • 4.取三分之一蛋白泡加入蛋黄糊里翻拌均匀。
  • 5.再将所有蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白泡里翻拌均匀。(别划圈以免消泡)
  • 6.将蛋糕糊倒入铺有油纸的烤盘里抹平。
  • 7.洒入切碎的香葱和适量的芝麻。预热好烤箱170度。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊送入烤箱中层,用上下火170度烤25分钟即可出炉。
  • 9.成品出炉等凉却至微温。
  • 10.再取张干净油纸,将蛋糕翻转过来,撕去油纸。
  • 11.挤入适量沙拉酱。
  • 12.铺入适量的肉松。
  • 13.借助擀面杖将蛋糕卷起来,两段捏紧固定半小时。
  • 14.成品。
