  • 4.加入适量盐、白醋,搅拌均匀后腌制两三个小时,中途要簸动一两次,让它均匀腌透,把多余的水分都腌出来。
  • 5.三小时后,把萝卜倒出沥水。
  • 6.等盐水沥完后,把萝卜倒回大盆中,加入适量剁辣椒,撒上一小勺白砂糖。
  • 7.充分搅拌均匀,美味爽口的酸辣萝卜就ok了。
