土豆烧鸡腿

Steps to make 土豆烧鸡腿

  • 1.准备4个鸡腿(买的时候让剁好了)。
  • 2.洗干净用水浸泡十分钟祛除血水。
  • 3.生姜和大蒜洗干净切成小块,准备八角、红辣椒段,冰糖,小葱洗干净切成小段,土豆去皮洗干净。
  • 4.把土豆切块用流动的水冲洗几遍用水浸泡。
  • 5.锅中加水,把洗干净的鸡块放进去,里面加料酒,生姜和大葱焯水。
  • 6.水开后用勺子将上面的浮沫去掉,炖10分钟。
  • 7.捞出过冷水冲洗干净,沥干水分备用。
  • 8.锅中倒油,将生姜、大蒜和八角放进去炒出香味。
  • 9.再将焯过水的鸡块放进去,里面加上红辣椒段把鸡块炒至变色。
  • 10.里面加上冰糖和老抽,把冰糖炒化,让每块鸡块上都过上糖色。
  • 11.锅中加莫过鸡块水,再将葱段放进去大火烧开,小火煮15分钟。
  • 12.将土豆倒进去大火烧开转小火。
  • 13.土豆九成熟时里面加少许盐大火收汁,汤汁浓稠后关火。
