  • 6.继续放红枣葡萄干丁搅拌。
  • 7.放一大勺面粉,一大勺粘米粉搅拌。(增加稳定性)
  • 8.饺子皮,用擀面杖擀大擀薄。
  • 9.搅匀的红豆饭揉成适量圆形。
  • 10.包入饺子皮内,用虎口捏出烧卖的外形。
  • 11.水开放入蒸锅里。
  • 12.蒸10分钟即可。
