Steps to make 咸鸭蛋黄炒南瓜

  • 1.南瓜去皮,切5厘米长,3厘米宽,半厘米厚小块。
  • 2.把南瓜片下到开水锅里,烫到6成熟(稍变软即可)。
  • 3.把烫好的南瓜片捞出,控水备用。
  • 4.把咸鸭蛋黄放到干净小碗里,加少许料酒上锅蒸熟。
  • 5.把蒸熟的鲜鸭蛋黄研碎。
  • 6.锅里油热后,倒入咸鸭蛋黄泥,小火翻炒。
  • 7.炒至起小气泡。
  • 8.倒入煮好的南瓜片,少许精盐小火翻炒,让鸭蛋黄裹住南瓜,炒熟即可。
