  • 5.筛入60克低筋面粉,翻拌均匀
  • 6.再加入剩下蛋白霜的三分之一,翻拌均匀
  • 7.再与剩下的蛋白霜一起翻拌均匀
  • 8.装入裱花袋,剪圆口,挤到铺上油纸的烤盘上,我家烤箱小,挤到一起了,你们挤时留出空隙,就烤出一个个小圆饼,边缘漂亮,我的连到一起了,只能再切,不好看了。烤箱预热190度上下火,10分钟左右,要控制好温度和时间,蛋糕比较薄,容易上色过了
