韩式炒年糕
又是一道懒人料理,这道韩国年糕的秘诀就在于辣酱的选择上。买过很多牌子的辣酱户户辣、清净园、六月香,这次用的是留韩同事推荐的“膳府”买的第二瓶了,味道十分正宗!强烈推荐!也是这道菜的灵魂。天猫超市就有卖,价格不贵。来说说原料花费,年糕2块,火锅底料11块,胡萝卜+洋葱2.5块,一共14.5,块,2-3人份的量。

Steps to make 韩式炒年糕

  • 1.上所有原料图。胡萝卜洋葱洗净,年糕清水泡一下。
  • 2.烧一锅水大约一碗左右的水,不用太多,做法类似火锅但不用那么多水,煮开后放入火锅丸子。
  • 3.趁着煮丸子的时候将胡萝卜切好,放入。
  • 4.加泡好的年糕。
  • 5.+膳府辣酱+番茄酱+糖,改中小火略煮。
  • 6.加入洋葱条,煮开后尝一下调味,我又加了辣椒椒盐和一点盐。
  • 7.待汤汁浓稠所有材料全部煮熟盛出即可。
