木瓜冰糖炖桃胶
桃胶,又名桃花泪,是桃树自然分泌,或在外力作用下产生伤口,而分泌桃胶有利于伤口自愈。比较粘稠的液体通过太阳晒蒸发,产生固体。干的桃胶很硬,看着有点像琥珀。桃胶有足够的水溶性和适当的粘度,用清水浸泡十多个小时候后泡发变软。它有清血降脂,缓解压力和抗皱嫩肤的功效。

Steps to make 木瓜冰糖炖桃胶

  • 1.干桃胶用清水浸泡12个小时,使其泡发变软。
  • 2.将泡发变软的桃胶挑除杂质,沥干水备用。
  • 3.洗净的桃胶平均分到两个小炖盅里,往其中一份放入木瓜块,分别放入30克冰糖。
  • 4.加入适量的饮用纯净水。
  • 5.放入电炖盅,隔热水炖2个小时。
  • 6.可配炼乳或椰奶,拌匀品尝。
