凉拌木耳菜

Steps to make 凉拌木耳菜

  • 1.木耳菜摘好洗净、红萝卜切片、木耳撕块,分别用开水焯至断生后,捞出沥干水分。
  • 2.放上葱花、蒜末、干辣椒、白芝麻。
  • 3.冷锅凉油,放入花椒备香后,捞出花椒不要。
  • 4.将热花椒油炝在葱花、蒜末、干辣椒、白芝麻上,激发出香味。
  • 5.根据个人口味,加适量蚝油、味极鲜、香醋(或陈醋)。
  • 6.将食材搅拌均匀即可。
