Steps to make 酱烧鸡腿

  • 1.鸡腿剁成块,冷水下锅,加入葱,姜,料酒,煮开撇去浮沫捞出洗净备用。
  • 2.起锅倒入少许油,加入冰糖炒糖色。
  • 3.炒至枣红色加入一勺甜面酱,一勺黄豆酱,小火炒出酱香味。
  • 4.加入葱蒜粒,八角,香叶,干辣椒炒出香味。
  • 5.倒入焯好水的鸡腿肉,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.加入足量的清水,煮开转小火烧20分钟左右。
  • 7.挑去大料,葱蒜。
  • 8.加入少许盐,蚝油,生抽调味。
  • 9.大火收汁即可。
  • 10.撒上葱花,出锅装盘。
