    • 8.肉片炸好后捞出沥油备用。
    • 9.准备葱、姜片、花椒、大茴和干红辣椒,不喜欢辣的可以省略辣椒。
    • 10.取一只碗,放入半碗水,高汤更好。
    • 11.碗内加入老抽。
    • 12.将葱段、姜片、花椒、大茴和干红辣椒放入碗内,加入适量食盐备用。
