Steps to make 蒜蓉娃娃菜

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.娃娃菜切除底部掰开洗干净,每片一分为二撕成长条备用。
  • 3.大蒜切碎备用。
  • 4.小米椒切碎备用。
  • 5.锅中倒入适量水加热烧开后倒入娃娃菜焯水3分钟。
  • 6.捞出沥干水分摆入盘中备用。
  • 7.调酱汁(2勺生抽,1勺蚝油,1勺陈醋,1勺淀粉,半勺盐,半勺白糖,一点点胡椒粉,半碗清水,搅拌均匀备用)。
  • 8.热锅倒入适量油,倒入蒜末小米辣小火慢慢炒香。
  • 9.倒入调好的酱汁煮至汤汁浓稠。
  • 10.把煮好的汤汁淋到娃娃菜上。
  • 11.撒点葱花就可以开吃了!
