  • 1.准备原材料牛肉、杏鲍菇、胡萝卜。
  • 2.牛肉切成大小均匀的块状放入调味料黑椒酱、一品鲜酱油、蚝油、糖。
  • 3.所有调味料拌匀煨制二十分钟入味。
  • 4.杏鲍菇和胡萝卜切成同牛肉粒大小的块状。
  • 5.锅中倒入适量油加热放入杏鲍菇煸出多余的水份盛出备用。
  • 6.另起锅倒入少许油加热放入蒜粒爆香。
  • 7.放入牛肉粒大火快速翻炒。
  • 8.牛肉粒炒至变色断生。
  • 9.放入胡萝卜和杏鲍菇一起翻炒均匀。
  • 10.为了黑椒味道更加浓郁可以在这时在放一点点同时放入盐和味精改中小火。
  • 11.炒至所有食材完全入味即可出锅享用。
  • 12.香浓可口的杏鲍菇胡萝卜黑椒牛肉粒装入盘中摆上西兰花做装饰就大功告成了。
  • 13.撒上适量芝麻味道更佳棒搭配米饭和牛奶一起吃就是标配的营养餐。
  • 14.炒至牛肉粒的时间不宜过久会影响口感。
