最近家里的豌豆苗开始收了,很喜欢的一种蔬菜。

  • 1.豌豆苗洗干净。
  • 2.烧水,水将开时下面条。
  • 3.煮软的面条捞出来放冷水里。不必熟就可以了,等下还要继续煮的嘛,据说这样比较爽滑点也不真假,我觉得是针对以前的面条的,现在的面条也不知道加了什么,很难不爽滑。
  • 4.我觉得太素了,刚好有点肥肉,就炼了点猪肉,味道好点。
  • 5.油够后加水。
  • 6.烧开放入面条。
  • 7.打入一颗鸡蛋。
  • 8.加点盐生抽,把鸡蛋和面条煮熟。
  • 9.关火前放入豌豆苗。
  • 10.压下去即可,豌豆苗很容易熟。
  • 11.阳光灿烂一碗面。
