Steps to make 辣子鸡

  • 1.鸡腿剁成块加入一茶匙料酒,三分之一茶匙盐,姜,胡椒粉拌匀腌制十分钟左右
  • 2.准备配料,辣椒段,姜蒜切末,八角,花椒,白芝麻
  • 3.起油锅倒入适量的油烧至七成热下下鸡块一炸制变色捞出
  • 4.待油再次烧至七成热下鸡块炸至金黄捞出备用
  • 5.锅里留少许底油下八角花椒,姜末,蒜末爆香,加入半茶匙豆瓣酱一起煸炒出香味
  • 6.倒入辣椒段一起煸炒出香味
  • 7.加入鸡块翻炒均匀加入少许鸡粉,葱花一起煸炒
  • 8.撒入芝麻翻炒均匀即可
  • 9.成品
