    • 1.臭豆腐洗去外面那一层汁,青椒、蒜切片,一勺豆豉酱。

    • 3.每个面都呈现黄色后,盛起。锅内放少许油。煸香豆豉和蒜片,下煎好的臭豆腐,炒匀后加水,不用太多。千万别加盐。
    • 4.臭豆腐的颜色呈现酱色后,即可放入青椒,断生收汁,盛起。
    • 5.臭豆腐与豆豉都有咸味,所以搭配饭吃特别棒。不要别的,两块臭豆腐,一碗饭真的不够。多多的吃!
