腊肉炒菜薹是湖北人家这个季节里最经典的菜啦。

    Steps to make 腊肉菜薹

    • 1.菜薹一小把。 大概6到7两炒一盘子。
    • 2.将菜薹的叶子掐下来,粗杆子上剥去老皮, 掐成一段段的。太粗的杆子就用刀从中间切开。
    • 3.洗净的菜薹沥干水分。
    • 4.锅内热油炒香蒜末儿。
    • 5.之前准备好的腊肉。
    • 6.将腊肉在锅里炒变色炒香倒入菜薹。
    • 7.边翻炒菜薹边加入盐,因为加了腊肉,所以盐的份量适当减少。
    • 8.加油后继续翻炒至菜薹出汁即可盛入盘中。
