  • 1.将冰皮材料粉类全部倒入加入牛奶搅拌至顺滑。
  • 2.加入玉米油用手动打蛋器搅拌至无颗粒,使玉米油与面糊更好融合。
  • 3.上锅蒸20分钟
  • 4.蒸好后用筷子划开加速冷却,冷却后用刮刀扮成面团,带一次性手套揉至顺滑面团,用保鲜膜覆盖待用。
  • 5.将50克糯米粉放在不粘锅炒至微黄就可以,装入碗中备用
  • 6.将无盐黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器稍微打发,加入粉类,细砂糖打发,4个鸡蛋一个个放进去,每放一个就用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 7.隔水蒸,第一个5分钟后打开搅拌,第二个5分钟后,继续搅拌,将边上的刮进来,小火不断搅拌直至不沾刮刀,奶黄馅就做好了。
  • 8.将饼皮和馅各25克称好
  • 9.用饼平将馅包住,滚上一层糕粉
  • 10.用模具压出来就好了
