Steps to make 低脂香蕉松糕

  • 1.准备材料。香蕉去皮后放入保鲜袋里,用擀面杖压成香蕉泥。低筋面粉和泡打粉混合过筛。
  • 2.将牛奶、细砂糖、鸡蛋、香蕉泥、植物油等配料倒入大碗里。
  • 3.用打蛋器搅打,使液体材料混合均匀。
  • 4.倒入过筛后的低筋面粉与泡打粉混合物。
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀快速的翻拌均匀,使粉类材料完全湿润。拌的时候切忌搅拌过度,拌到面粉完全湿润,拌好的面糊看上去粗糙且多块,就可以停止了。
  • 6.将拌好的面糊倒入模具,2/3满,立刻放入预热好170度的烤箱,中层,上下火,烤20分钟,至表面呈浅金黄色就可以取出来了。
