    • 1.材料图
    • 2. 烧一锅水,水开后关火放入粉条,加盖焖上。
    • 3.羊肉切碎,加葱姜末,加盐、生抽、料酒、胡椒粉抓均匀。另备葱姜蒜碎小料。
    • 4. 炒锅倒油,下腌好的肉末炒散。
    • 5.将肉末推至一边,炒香葱姜蒜小料。
    • 6. 将泡发的粉条捞出,淋水。
    • 7.直接下炒锅,跟肉末炒拌均匀。
    • 8.加盐调味,加老抽上色,如果锅中太干,淋一点水或者高汤,这个量不以能太多,以粉条不粘锅为谁。
    • 9.炒拌均匀后,放一点胡椒粉,一点儿糖和味儿,出锅了。
