Steps to make 简易披萨

  • 1.食材如图,当然,后面的罗勒和香菜是用来装逼的,太小了舍不得吃。马苏里拉奶酪球提前拿出来让它干燥一下。
  • 2.番茄切碎,越碎越好,要是有榨汁机我肯定不切!
  • 3.剁蒜,其实还应该有洋葱,但是我肯定不会告诉你我忘买了⋯⋯
  • 4.炒香蒜末,我还是用的色拉油,历史的经验告诉我们,黄油不是每个人都爱吃的...
  • 5.锅里下番茄,炒出汁后加水,黑胡椒粉(现磨的),混合香料,嘟嘟嘟,煮成酱,等收干水后盛起放凉,要是懒的话就摊锅里晾也行,我就是这么干的⋯
  • 6.酱抹到饼上,又一次历史的经验告诉我们,如果饼太薄的话酱还是别抹太多。
  • 7.马苏里拉奶酪可以一层一层的撕开哦~撕奶酪很好玩的哦~铺好奶酪后,迷你番茄切两半放上去然后均匀的撒一层干罗勒末~烤箱200度C烤10分钟拿出后铺葱再180度C8分钟,温度什么的其实都是浮云,因为每个人的烤箱不一样有木有!
