咖喱风味豆腐
我们常常做咖喱鸡、咖啡牛肉等,其实做咖喱豆腐也很美味,还特别下饭。

  • 洋葱1个
  • 咖喱约10-20克
  • 椰奶3汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 玉米淀粉1茶匙

Steps to make 咖喱风味豆腐

  • 1.将豆腐切成三角形块状,锅烧开水,加1茶匙盐,轻轻投入豆腐块,烧开片刻可捞起滤水。
  • 2.将豆腐块放凉,稍吸其周围的水,四周围再沾满干玉米粉。
  • 3.将豆腐块入油锅炸成浅黄色,外表结成稍硬的壳,捞起备用。
  • 4.开锅,放适量油,放少许洋葱丝,爆香,放咖啡粉或块,用勺子划散,再放椰奶3汤匙,放半碗水,加生抽、盐、糖和料酒至味道合适,烧滚(也可再放1茶匙速溶咖啡)。
  • 5.放洋葱和炸好的豆腐,稍翻,盖锅盖5分钟,加1茶匙淀粉(用2汤匙兑开),翻拌均匀,烧至汁稠可上盘。
