榴莲千层蛋糕
最近千层蛋糕十分流行,喜欢榴莲的人又很多,就做了榴莲千层蛋糕。奶油加榴莲的香味,迷倒不少人啊!

  • 牛奶90克
  • 鸡蛋4个

Steps to make 榴莲千层蛋糕

  • 1.碗里倒入水和牛奶,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.步骤一的混合物中加入班戟粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.搅拌至无干粉颗粒即可。
  • 4.鸡蛋打在另外的碗里,用打蛋器打均匀。
  • 5.将蛋液过筛倒入牛奶水班戟粉的混合液中。
  • 6.将混合好的班戟糊再次过筛。
  • 7.预热平底锅,调小火摊班戟皮。
  • 8.将平底锅离开火源,舀入一勺班戟糊,晃动平底锅使班戟糊均匀铺满整个平底锅。
  • 9.将榴莲肉用调羹撵碎成榴莲泥。
  • 10.班戟皮煎至边边翘起,就可以起锅了。依次做完所有的班戟皮,放凉待用。
  • 11.一层皮,一层奶油加榴莲泥。
  • 12.一层层全部铺完,放入冰箱冷藏一小时左右。
  • 13.取出切块。
  • 14.稍微装饰一下,就可以享用啦!
