天气一热,人总是喜欢吃一点带汤水的东西,尤其和番茄搭上边的更是自然的酸爽开胃啊 昨天去超市看见牛肉不错就买了块儿回来, 正好林大美人给我快递了米粉,所以拿来煮了一碗,我想你们应该也会喜欢

  • 韩式辣酱一勺

  • 1. 本来前几天还想着在淘宝上买点粉回来,早上的时候吃呢,木有想到林大美人儿居然就这么及时雨般的给我快递了一堆东西,还有这漂漂的粉丝儿
  • 2.粉丝要提前浸泡的哦,对于具体的时间要根据不同的粉而言
  • 3.牛肉顺着纹理切成薄薄的片儿
  • 4.加入少许生抽,生粉,料酒,胡椒粉,少许水食用油拌匀腌制几分钟
  • 5.西红柿切稍微大一点的片儿
  • 6.生姜大蒜切沫
  • 7.锅里上入少许油,放入大蒜生姜沫爆香
  • 8. 倒入腌制好的牛肉翻炒至变色,然后加入少许料酒
  • 9.和一勺韩式辣椒酱翻炒
  • 10.再倒入切好的番茄,当炒出汁水儿并化掉一部分的时候
  • 11.倒入适量热水
  • 12.煮开之后倒入米线儿
  • 13.加入适量盐,鸡粉
  • 14.最后加入适量青菜,随便啥都行,不加也行,您开心就好,哈哈
