Steps to make 手撕黄油面包

  • 1.将所有原料混合揉成光滑的面团,发酵至两倍大,将发酵好的面团排气,分成五等份,滚圆,松弛十分钟
  • 2.将五份面团都擀成圆片状
  • 3.取第一片面片,表面刷上融化的黄油,然后叠上第二片面片
  • 4.再刷上黄油,重复这一步骤,第五片面片表面不要刷黄油
  • 5..然后扣上八寸圆模
  • 6.沿边上一圈切开
  • 7.切下来的余料可以扭一扭
  • 8.对折再扭一扭
  • 9.整成一个小面包
  • 10.将圆面片切成四等份
  • 11.再切成十六等份
  • 12.取一片卷起来
  • 13.码入八寸圆模中,依次卷好,码入
  • 14.进行第二次发酵,约四十分钟,发酵至两倍大后表面刷蛋液,最后放入预热好的烤箱,170度,中下层,20分钟
