奥尔良烤鸡翅
自从买了烤箱还从来没有用烤箱烤过甜点以外的东西,一是怕烤肉之类的会崩,把我心爱的烤箱弄的到处是油不好清洗,二是觉得烤比烧要麻烦些。实践证明烤鸡翅还是非常方便省事的呢,非但没有把烤箱弄脏,而且烤出的鸡翅外焦里嫩的非常好吃。看来我的烤箱以后要多多派上用场了,不能仅局限烤甜点,也要烤肉再烤个整鸡试试,广开美食途径哦!

  • 鸡翅中1000克
  • 奥尔良烤料70
  • 清水70克
  • 蜂蜜水少许
  • 熟白芝麻少许

Steps to make 奥尔良烤鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅中摘洗洗净,控水。
  • 2.用刀在翅中的正反两面各划3道口子,这个作用是可以有利于腌料更快的浸入到鸡翅里。
  • 3.腌料兑入等量的清水调匀
  • 4.将兑好的汁倒入鸡翅里,拌匀,腌制3个小时
  • 5.每隔一段时间就翻动一次,使之能够均匀的腌制。
  • 6.将腌好的鸡翅均匀的摆放在铺了锡纸的烤盘上
  • 7.烤箱提前5分钟预热,设定220度。将烤盘放入烤15分钟
  • 8.将烤盘取出,刷一遍腌料汁再入烤箱烤5分钟
  • 9.再次取出烤盘在鸡翅上刷一遍蜂蜜水(蜂蜜:水=2:1)
  • 10.撒上熟的白芝麻,再入烤箱烤3-5分钟,用筷子戳一下,轻松戳动就可以出炉了。
  • 11.成品装盘就大功告成啦。
