百香果原产南美州,学名西番莲,因其果肉可散发出香蕉、菠萝、草莓、荔枝、柠檬、芒果、酸梅等十几种水果的浓郁香味。之前我买了一箱百香果,结果家里就我喜欢,两个男人都不吃,再不吃完就要坏了,干脆做果酱吧,做出来味道不错呢。
