  • 1.准备鸡中翅和花生米
  • 2.准备调料,干辣椒剪成段
  • 3.鸡中翅洗净后切段,把料酒,盐,葱,生姜,生抽一起加入拌匀腌制2小时
  • 4.冷锅冷油,把花生米倒入炸香后捞起
  • 5.再把腌制好的鸡中翅捞起加入
  • 6.炸至酥脆后捞起控油
  • 7.留底油把干辣椒倒入不断的翻炒出香味
  • 8.再把鸡中翅和花生米一起倒入翻炒片刻熄火出锅
  • 9.盛出后加入香菜即可享用
