  • 1.鸡腿洗净切块。
  • 2.加入料酒生抽腌制二十分钟。
  • 3.胡萝卜切抹刀块,辣椒切不规则块。
  • 4.洋葱切丝。
  • 5.姜和蒜切片。
  • 6.黑胡椒捣成胡椒碎。
  • 7.锅内放油,烧至六成热时放入姜蒜爆香。
  • 8.加入少许洋葱丝炒香。
  • 9.将鸡块翻炒至表面表色后倒入砂锅。
  • 10.将鸡块倒入锅中翻炒。
  • 11.将鸡块翻炒至表面表色后倒入砂锅。
  • 12.加入适量开水,加入一半洋葱和黑胡椒。
  • 13.大火将锅内水烧开。
  • 14.撇去表面浮沫,转小火闷烧10分钟左右。
  • 15.加入适量盐调味。
  • 16.加入胡萝卜大火收汤。
  • 17.胡萝卜煮熟后,加入青椒和剩下的洋葱煮至断生后加适量鸡精调味。
