今年饭店里的小龙虾好贵呀,基本都要200元一份!今天中午去菜场买了生的小龙虾,回家自己做!

Steps to make 椒盐小龙虾

  • 1.买回的小龙虾,一个一个用小牙刷清洗干净,我没有去泥肠和沙袋
  • 2.锅里加入色拉油,加热
  • 3.放入清洗干净的小龙虾炸熟,我分了2次炸的
  • 4.把炸好的小龙虾捞出
  • 5.洋葱、青椒、蒜瓣、姜丝都切好
  • 6.起油锅,爆香切好的配菜
  • 7.加入小龙虾翻炒
  • 8.加入料酒,比平时做菜多点量
  • 9.加点生抽炒匀后加盖焖一会
  • 10.看见锅中没有汁水了,加少许五香粉
  • 11.加入适量的椒盐粉翻炒均匀
  • 12.我喜欢带点甜味的,所以还加了一点点砂糖,不喜欢的不用加
  • 13.翻炒均匀撒上葱花出锅
