【拍黄瓜】
拍黄瓜是一道家常凉菜,主料是黄瓜,用各种调料拌制而成。清凉爽口,适合夏季食用。夏天天气炎热,没胃口吃饭,可以试试做这道菜,不用开火,就可以做一道下饭菜,很是值得推荐哈。一直不清楚为什么黄瓜会叫这个名字,搜索了一下原来是这个故事的:黄瓜是由西汉时期张骞出使西域带回中原的,称为胡瓜,五胡十六国时后赵皇帝石勒忌讳“胡”字,汉臣襄国郡守樊坦将其改为“黄瓜”。

Steps to make 【拍黄瓜】

  • 1.准备好材料。(也可以直接用炒熟的花生来代替)
  • 2.锅内加少许油加热后,把花生放入,中小火慢慢翻炒。
  • 3.等到炒至花生发出“噼里啪啦”的声音的时候,关火。(关火后,用锅的余热来翻炒花生,不然炒过头的花生会变苦。)
  • 4.刚好在煮饭时间,就用了淘米水来清洗黄瓜。(用淘米水清洗黄瓜是因为淘米水呈弱碱性 ,能洗掉蔬菜表面残留的农药。)
  • 5.洗净的黄瓜放在案板上,用刀拍开,切小块。
  • 6.拍好的黄瓜加入少许盐腌渍5分钟左右,等黄瓜腌渍出水后,将水倒掉。
  • 7.蒜切末,花生用刀碾碎。(吃花生要连红皮一起吃,花生外面那层薄薄的红衣对人体有很多好处。)
  • 8.腌渍好的黄瓜加入蒜末,花生粒,生抽,芝麻油,白糖,鸡精,香醋,充分搅拌均匀入味,即可。
  • 9.喜欢吃辣的话,可以在搅拌的时候放入。
