Steps to make 冬草川贝炖瘦肉

  • 1.瘦肉切适量大小块,姜一片;
  • 2.北杏,川贝,沙参,新会陈皮等用清水洗一下沥干;
  • 3.冬草加入热水事先泡10分钟;
  • 4.瘦肉加姜片,入锅焯一下血水后洗净沥干;
  • 5.焯好的瘦肉,加姜片入炖盅;加入北杏,川贝,沙参,新会陈皮等加入冬草,刚好泡冬草的水也一同倒入;
  • 6.注入开水约八九分满,然后盖上盖子,按电子炖盅的说明操作;
  • 7.炖约3小时即可!食用时最好不加盐!
