秘制糖醋排骨

  • 江西陈醋兩大勺
  • 白糖三 大勺
  • 生抽兩勺
  • 老抽一勺
  • 水淀粉小半碗

Steps to make 秘制糖醋排骨

  • 1.先把洗净的肉排骨汆水
  • 2.姜蒜剁末备用
  • 3.锅里下适量油,倒入排骨过油,中火炒至排骨略帶金黃
  • 4.排骨撈起鍋裡剩少許油,放姜蒜末爆香
  • 5.再倒入排骨翻炒
  • 6.往锅里倒兩碗水至剛剛没过排骨,调入江西陈醋、白糖、料酒、生抽、老抽(上色),加盖中小火燜煮十五分钟,再调入鸡精、水淀粉翻炒排骨,至汁浓稠收干醬汁即可
