芙蓉熘鱼片
第一次做这道菜,做之前还有点担心没市场推销不掉;做天使蛋糕时余下来5个鸡蛋清,一时又不想用它其它烘焙;正好家里化冻了一条巴沙鱼,是准备做鱼片汤的,但想着这么鸡蛋清在冰箱,万一变质不是太浪费了!于是就突发奇想:干脆用鸡蛋清熘鱼片吧;这样不仅一次可用完更不用担心坏了,真是一举两得;哈哈:没想到很合那小子口味呢,看来之前的担心多余的了~~~

  • 枸杞少许
  • 巴沙鱼1条
  • 少许
  • 食盐1小勺
  • 鸡粉1小勺
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 家乐海味点蘸鲜露1汤匙

Steps to make 芙蓉熘鱼片

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.巴沙鱼解冻洗净后切簿片
  • 3.加入料酒、食盐和鸡粉
  • 4.再滴入家乐海味点蘸鲜露抓匀
  • 5.蛋清中滴入少许白醋调匀
  • 6.鱼片中滴入少许蛋清抓匀,腌制10分钟左右
  • 7.煸香少许葱姜
  • 8.倒入腌好的鱼片
  • 9.大火滑炒变色后盛起,倒去多余卤汁
  • 10.重新热油爆葱香后倒入蛋清稍稍定型
  • 11.划散后重新倒入鱼片和枸杞大火炒匀
  • 12.盛起即可
