朋友给了一大只火鸡,烤了半个。

  • 火鸡半只
  • 3大匙
  • 八角2粒
  • 小茴1大匙
  • 3-4片
  • 料酒半碗
  • 柱侯酱2大匙
  • 海鲜酱2大匙
  • 南乳2块
  • 料酒2大匙
  • 蒜末2大匙
  • 姜末2大匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 胡椒粉1茶匙
  • 蜂蜜2大匙
  • 开水2茶匙

Steps to make 烤火鸡

  • 1.15磅的火鸡。
  • 2.解冻,洗净。
  • 3.切一半。
  • 4.把鸡翅切下来。(不切也行。)
  • 5.大锅放水(水量要没过火鸡),八角,小茴,姜片,料酒和盐煮开,放凉。(咸味要略咸。)
  • 6.用叉子在鸡身上扎洞,便于入味。
  • 7.把火鸡放入放凉的囱水里泡1个晚上。
  • 8.泡好的火鸡捞出,用厨房纸擦干水,鸡腿和鸡胸用刀划开。
  • 9.蒜,姜剁末放碗里。
  • 10.放入其他腌料。
  • 11.捣烂拌匀。
  • 12.抹在鸡上,放冰箱腌24小时。(我怕烤焦,皮没抹。后来朋友告诉我皮也要抹才上色。)
  • 13.腌好的火鸡,皮用开水淋烫。
  • 14.淋至皮收紧。
  • 15.趁热刷上一层蜂蜜水,用风筒把皮吹干。(有时间的可以放置4-5个小时自然风干。)
  • 16.放入预热好的烤箱,华氏400度(摄氏200度)烤40分钟。(烤网下放一大烤盘,烤盘放入开水。这样火鸡烤出来才不会干柴。)
  • 17.40分钟,半个火鸡基本上熟了,把烤盘的水取出来。火鸡再刷一层蜂蜜水,把烤箱温度升至华氏450度烤10-15分钟上色。
  • 18.拿出稍放凉。
  • 19.切片或撕开,开吃。
