麻婆豆腐

Steps to make 麻婆豆腐

  • 1.把大蒜瓣切片,把姜切成姜丝,下油锅炒香
  • 2.放入牛肉末
  • 3.把牛肉末炒熟,炒香
  • 4.放入豆瓣酱,蚝油,少许老抽,辣椒油,花椒油,少许辣椒碎,翻炒
  • 5.加水,盖锅盖焖煮片刻
  • 6.放入豆腐(放入豆腐前可以先把豆腐焯水,我为了简便没有焯水),加盐,鸡精
  • 7.豆腐不要翻炒太厉害,以免碎了,加水,盖锅盖把豆腐焖熟,再加入水淀粉勾芡,放入葱
  • 8.出锅装盘,轻轻盛起豆腐,然后把锅中余下的酱汁和牛肉末浇在豆腐上
