  • 1.金瓜去皮、洗净,蒸熟后捣成泥备用。青笋切成丝儿,和金针菇一起汆水后备用,肥牛汆水备用。
  • 2.锅内下入色拉油,加葱姜蒜炝锅,再下入黄灯笼辣椒酱、泡椒丁炒香后,加入清水烧开后,倒入金瓜泥。
  • 3.金汤下入肥牛肉片,汤汁沸腾后,加盐、白醋调味。
  • 4.汆熟的金针菇、青笋丝铺在盘底,锅内的金汤肥牛烧开后倒入盘内,再撒上少许小米椒圈即可。
