Steps to make 红糖杏仁片曲奇

  • 1.所有材料备好,黄油室温软化,红糖有些个疙瘩,用勺子压压碎。
  • 2.软化的黄油加红糖,用打蛋器打发。
  • 3.然后加入蛋黄,继续打发。
  • 4.打发至蓬松、颜色发白就可以了。
  • 5.低粉和肉桂粉一起过筛到黄油混合物里面,用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入杏仁片,继续用刮刀彻底拌匀!要是不好操作、直接手揉吧!揉成团就可以了。
  • 7.放入不沾饼干模具,用小刮刀两端按按紧、表面抹抹平!入冰箱冷冻半小时左右、变硬就好了!待会儿好切。
  • 8.烤箱预热185度!取出冷冻后的面团,切成大约2-3毫米的薄片,均匀地摆入烤盘!中层、上下火185度、烤15分钟左右!直到饼干周围颜色变深就可以了!
  • 9.香喷喷的红糖杏仁片曲奇新鲜出炉!
